Rabens Garden-Step #1

As a little learning exercise we decided to start a garden with the kids.  We wanted to show them where our fruits and veggies come from.  They were so excited that we had to hit Lowes to get seeds ASAP.  The kids picked out some SunFlower seeds, Watermelon seeds, Green Beans, and Pumpkin seeds,.  Mom got some herbs and peppers.

Then we started to sow our seeds.  We will be building a raised planter box in the back yard in the next couple of weeks to transplant our veggies once they have sprouted a few inches.  Then we will add some tomatoe plants and lettuce or spinich.
