Day of Fun Ends With Training

Blayke and I blew off training this morning to go to Mia's Field Day. However, we are running out of time to get up to par for this 5K in September so off we went to the track once we got back from bowling.
So we packed up the bikes and headed to the track. (no that is not Guy, just some other "guy" on the track)
Kids ride while mom runs/walks behind them.
Mia decided to play a little with my phone to entertain herself. It took her a while to get this shot since she had to run after me to get it.
Blayke wanted in on the phone action to so he snapped this one on our final lap cool down.

Great job! Maybe we can all train together this weekend. I am sure chasing four kids will keep us busy and in shape. ;)
